Please read the following if you would like to adopt one of our dogs. Foster applicants will also be asked to complete the application form.

  In the first instance we ask that all potential adopters complete the on-line application form. We will then call you to discuss in further detail. If both parties are happy that the match is right and agree to the terms of adoption the dog is formally reserved by paying a £30 reservation fee. This is non refundable if you change your mind, however if the home check was to fail for any reason we would refund immediately. The deposit is to ensure people are committed before a dog is reserved and no longer promoted for homing. 

  We then arrange a home check.  After a positive home check we will contact you to finalise any queries and discuss transport dates for your dog.  

  The dogs travel by road from Romania to England. Our preferred choice of transporter have three drop off points where you would have to collect from, either Faversham Kent, Hatfield North Mymms or Answorth NG16.  Generally speaking the collections are on a Thursday morning ranging from 7am - 1pm. 

  The transport company charge £210 per dog. There is an option for the dog to spend two nights in kennels on arrival in England so you can have a Saturday pick up for an extra cost of £30. We will discuss with you whether we believe it's better for your dog to go straight to you or stay in kennels to sleep off the journey.  

  There are other transport companies with different drop offs available and we can discuss the options with you once the application form has been received.

 Lotus ask for a minimum adoption fee of £60 (this includes the £30 deposit). The adoption fee and transport fee are payable a week before departure.

 All dogs are vaccinated, spayed (unless a puppy) microchipped and travel on a passport in accordance with DEFRA AND APHA import regulations. We also snap 4dx test our dogs for heartworm and other vector born diseases.
