Meet The Team!

Meet the guys dedicated to keeping Lotus running and saving lives

The team consists of four UK based persons who have many years of experience in the Romanian rescue field: Laura, Karen, Richard and Lisa.

Laura

The reason Lotus exists! Laura founded Lotus in 2017 and works hard to keep the rescue going. She has her own 2 Rommie companions alongside their feline friend

Karen

Karen has been with Lotus since 2018 and assists with fund raising events, transport, visiting the kennels and homechecks. Karen has Rommie dogs that she adopted from Lotus also.

Richard

Richard has been helping Lotus since 2022 and is our Social Media Manager and is in charge of our wonderful content posted of all our dogs. Richard and his wife have their beloved Lotus Louie.

Lisa

Lisa became a foster for Lotus in 2020 where she and her partner went on to adopt! Since then Lisa has continue to foster for Lotus, become an adoption coordinator and manages our website.
